  Reserved a lyruck and went to pick it up. The woman working told us we could pick it up early the next morning, but that she couldn't do it right now. She had not been trained on how to work the system for rental trucks. I had been in the store not even 10 min. previous to ask about renting a truck, she said I had to reserve online. She could have told me she was not able to run the system. I then had to call Uhaul to cancle, because she couldn't do that either.
